The Watchmen Files // What's Next? C.O.W.

Hey guys! It's D(arrion).

And I know what you're thinking. Man, she's not posting anything new?!

   Aha! But you're wrong!

Well, actually, you're right. I don't have a new chapter. But I've got something else for you this week...

The second file, as you know, is coming up soon. Once I'm finished with the Christmas Edition, we're going to be moving on to File Two. But what exactly is file two? If you read this post a while ago, you know different aspects of the character development, and you know some new characters. But what's the title?

I haven't told you yet, though I do know what I'm going to call it. And now, I'm going to let you guess!

Don't worry, I'm not leaving it all up to you. Here's a hint... the acronym is C.O.W.

Yes, that spells cow. Like the animal that gives us milk and cheese (and yummy burgers and steaks!). The book doesn't necessarily have anything to do with cows, but that's what the acronyms turned out to be. Odd, and kind of funny at the same time.

Here are some more cover edits...

Oh, and that evil guy at the end of the last chapter (Fletcher Wiley) is played (if I can use that term) by Lee Pace (above). I was in such a rush to post it, I forgot to tell you guys! Sorry 'bout that ;)

The other character I clued you into, Arthur Kingston (above).

Another new character, Troy, and his C.O.W. cover

Conner's cover (above). Yep, that's Conner. Don't ask yet!! Spoilers ;) Okay, I shouldn't be smiling, that actually does look painful. Anyway...

And Mason's cover

Guess away! Which cover is your favorite? What do C, O, and W stand for? You give a go in the comments below or on Pinterest! I'd love to hear what you think :) Though, of course, I can't tell you if you're right or not yet... as my sister always seems to say, patience is a virtue :)

That should be all for the moment... sorry about the lack of chapter and all. I was busily thinking up ideas for C.O.W. and finishing up a drawing of Thorin Oakenshield. Hope I made up for it with this :) Have a great day brainstorming! :)

Always Watching,
Darrion

  1. Ooo, I can't wait! I am SO excited:) C.O.W.? Hmmm, I'll have to think a while about trying to figure out what that means. My favorite picture? Well, I think mine are the last two. The ones with Connor(obviously) and Mason;)

  2. Oooh, I'll be honest, my favorite cover picture is of Connor. Ehehehehehehe. And I know I won't come close to what C.O.W stands for, but my guess is Community Of Watchmen. Aaaah!! I'm so excited!!

  3. Hey, does C.O.W. stand for Connor Or Wiley? It was just a random thought that came to me:) Or Connor Olsen W(his real last name). Come Or Walk? Ah ha! Coming Of Winter! I don't know. These are seriously just random guesses=D

  4. Call Out Willingly?
    Call Out Wiley?
    Conner Our Watchman?
    Connor Or Watchmen?
    Car On Wheels?
    Connor Or Without?
I really think it has something to do with Connor. I'm still not sure though;)

    1. You sure have a lot of guesses (Coming of Winter actually doesn't sound that bad)! You'll have to wait and see if one of them is it :)

    2. Call Of Watchmen?
      Call Out Watchmen?
      Coming Of Watchmen?
Yes, I'm still trying to figure this out:) I want to find out what it is really badly! The thought of 'Coming Of Winter' came to me when I was thinking about the Winter Solider;)
Hey, I'm going to be really busy this week, so if I don't comment in several of days, I just wanted you to know that I'm not trying to ignore you:)

    3. Aha! Keep it up, Sarah! :) 'Coming of Winter' sounds good for a Winter Soldier fanfic or something... Hum... Nope, that's okay! I wouldn't think you were trying to ignore me if you didn't comment :) Now get busy! :)

  5. Hmm, all the ones mention are so good. I can't think what C.O.W would mean. With my luck I'll think of a really good one in the middle of the night, tell myself I should write it down and then promptly fall back to sleep and never write it down, forgetting about it. :-D

  6. D!! NO, CONNER!! *whimpers*
Hmm, my favorite poster would probably be the Mason one, but the Conner one is good EVEN THOUGH HE'S ALL BEATEN UP. No . . . .
    C. O. W. {reminds me of that Gieco commercial of Old McDonald spelling cow :D} Ugh, there are so many things it could be, but I think the "W" is Watchmen. I'm not exactly sure what the others are. Call of Wild? Conner of Wales? Chocolate or Walnut? Um, Cost of Watchmen? {that one doesn't really make sense, but whatever} I'm all out of ideas now! {and most of them didn't make sense anyway :D}
    Ooooooooohhhhhhh, I like Momo's. Community of Watchmen. Good one. {Sorry to hijack your idea, Momo :D}

    1. Hope, I find it funny how you and I are just randomly guessing words that could stand for C. O. W. and than Momo like, "I got this, Bro." She probably guessed it right:)

    2. Ooo, good choice Hope :) Yeah, I kinda feel bad for doing this to Conner... BUT IT MUST BE DONE. *snort/laugh* Conner of Wales? Chocolate or Walnut? Good try ;)

    3. Haha! Yeah, Sarah. :D Definitely. I read the ones I entered again, and I laughed at my humor. XD None of them made sense! :D And I'm glad I made you snort/laugh, D.

  7. Oh this looks so exciting! I honestly can't wait to see it-- I think it will be completely brilliant. I wish you all the luck in the world with getting it written, Darrion. And Conner, poor Conner. I can't wait to see what happens. :)

    God bless!
